NOTICE OF THE 18TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Andrè Young, Chairman, and the Board of Trustees of KeyHealth Medical Scheme hereby give notice that the Scheme’s 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members, for the financial year ended 31st December 2024, will be held at the Kleinkaap Boutique Hotel, 87 Jim Van Der Merwe St, Clubview, Centurion, 0140 on Friday, 25th July 2025, at 11:00 AM.
To facilitate participation for members unable to attend in person, the AGM will be broadcast live via a virtual platform. The access link and platform details will be shared closer to the date.
The Board invites members to submit motivated motions in writing, in accordance with the Scheme’s rules, for consideration at the AGM. Motions must include the member’s full name, membership number, and relevant details and should be submitted no later than 17:00 on 26th May 2025 to AGM2025@Keymed.co.za.

Members are requested to confirm their attendance by stating their full name, surname, and membership number and indicating whether they will be attending in person or online, by 11 July 2025. RSVP emails should be sent to AGM2025@Keymed.co.za.
Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.
