Registering on the Portal
Easy steps to register as an internet user
- Visit www.keyhealthmedical.co.za
- Click on the ‘MEMBER / PROVIDER / BROKER LOGIN’ tab.
- Click on ‘Register for an account’
- Complete the electronic form and click on ‘Submit’.
The following message will appear on the screen:
- Your new user form has been submitted… User status is Active – Active User.
- Click on ‘OK’.
- You can now log in by using the username and password you selected.
Forgotten Password
- Click on the ‘MEMBER / PROVIDER / BROKER LOGIN’ tab on the homepage of the KeyHealth website
- Click on ‘Forgotten your login or password?’
- Complete the ‘Forgotten password form’ and click on ‘Submit’
The following message will appear on the screen:
- Your forgotten password form has been submitted
- Click on ‘OK’
- You will receive a new password via email.
- The member can now login using the new password
