Registration Process

Step 1

Choose whom the user would like to login

This is the first step where the user needs to choose Main member/ Dependant as the user

The main member will choose the main member  

The dependant will choose the dependant

Step 2

Dependent on the option chosen:

The main member will choose the main member- enter in the membership number and the main member id number

The dependant will choose the dependant – enter in the membership number and the dependant ID number

Step 3

Registration

► The membership number will auto-populate
► Choose and enter a password.
► Enter your e-mail address.
► Enter your cellphone number.

NOTE: All personal details will be verified against the KeyHealth member database.

Step 4

Step 4- Confirmation of registration pop-up

Select OK.

Step 5

Details have been populate

Enter your password. You may select “Remember me“, and your password will be safely stored on your phone.

You can also select “Fingerprint auth” which will only work if your phone unlocks with your fingerprint.

Select the LOGIN button

Step 6

Terms and conditions.

► Scroll down after reading the terms and conditions.
► Select the ACCEPT button to access the mob app.
► If DECLINE is selected, you will not be able to use the mobi app.

Step 7

Details have been populated on the login/registration screen.

Select the CONFIRM button.
