Andrè Young (Chairman) and the Board of Trustees of KeyHealth Medical Scheme hereby give notice that the Scheme’s 16th Annual General Meeting of Members for the year ended 31st December 2022 will be held on Friday 25th August 2023 at the Cape Town City Bowl, at No. 23 Buitengracht Street, Cape Town at 10h30am for 11h00am.
The AGM will be broadcast live (virtually) to enable members, who are unable to attend in-person, to do so online. The link and platform will be shared closer to the date of the AGM.
The Board calls for motivated motions to be submitted in writing (in terms of the scheme’s rules) for consideration by the AGM. Motions are to reflect the members details and membership number and are to be submitted by the 26th June 2023 at 17h00 to AGM2023@Keymed.co.za
Lunch will be served.
