Smartwatch Member Journey
- Eligibility
- All active members and dependants of KeyHealth Medical Scheme (“the Scheme”) are eligible to participate in KeyHealth Rewards (“the rewards programme”).
- Only contributing members and dependants who are in good standing with the Scheme at the time of the draw will qualify for rewards.
- Members must actively participate in the designated wellness initiatives as prescribed by the Scheme to be eligible for entry.
- Participation Requirements
- Members must comply with all wellness initiative requirements within the rewards period (see clause
- Claims and payments related to the rewards programme will be processed from Health Booster benefits, where applicable.
- It is the responsibility of each member to ensure that the Scheme receives their claims within four months of the date of services and before the deadline of 30 September 2025.
- Rewards Period and Draw Process
- The rewards period is from 1 April 2025 until 30 September 2025, the closing date as stated in the rewards announcement.
- Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- The draw for the smartwatch recipients will take place on the 06 October 2025.
- Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants (see Clause 1) who have met all requirements.
- The names of the reward recipients will be announced after the draw process has been completed.
- Recipients will be selected based on claims received from attending physicians (e.g. nurses at wellness events, Digital Health Assessment (DHA) data, Health Assessments (HAs) and tests conducted at any of the Scheme’s partners, Dis-Chem Clinics, Clicks, Udok facilities, and medical practitioners.
- The decision of the organisers regarding the selection of winners is final and binding.
- Winners will be notified via the contact details provided to the Scheme within 10 days after the draw has taken place.
- General Terms
- The Scheme reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
- The Scheme’s decision regarding the selection of reward recipients is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- The Scheme reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the rewards programme at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the rewards programme, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Privacy
- Personal data collected during the rewards period will be used solely for the purpose of administering the rewards programme and awarding prizes.
- Participants’ information will not be shared with third parties without their consent, except where required by law.
- Publicity and Use of Entries
- By entering the rewards programme, participants grant the Scheme the right to use their names, images and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Winners may be required to participate in media coverage, including interviews and photographs, related to the rewards programme.
- Liability and Disclaimers
- The Scheme accepts no responsibility for claims that are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted due to technical or human error.
- The Scheme will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the rewards programme or the acceptance of a reward.
- Participants acknowledge that the rewards programme is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
- Amendments and Termination
- The Scheme reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By participating in the rewards programme, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the rewards programme.
